Dolmar and the team get a lead on a large single family home in the Tampa suburb of New Port Richey. This nearly 3000 square foot house needs a new roof and a lot of updates. Dolmar can't believe the price is so low, while Amanda and Keisha believe that means the risk for disaster is high. Can they turn this house into the pride of Port Richey? Or will it be a total bust?
