When Dolmar's contractor friend Jay offers him the chance to partner on a deal that "can't fail", Dolmar doesn't hesitate to agree to cover all the renovation costs. This three bedroom, two bath house in the Rivergrove area is just the sort of zombie Dolmar and his team dream of. But, when the renovation costs keep growing, and their problems keep multiplying, Dolmar begins to feel less and less "friendly" about his arrangement.
