We travel to the stunning desert landscapes of sunny Arizona where the owner of the Vu Bistro, Heidi, is struggling to create any identity for her beauty salon-turned-restaurant. To help her out and get Heidi to focus on what's important, the experts immerse themselves in the Arizonian culture in order to revamp the restaurant. They go in search of design inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright's nearby winter home, learn about Navajo symbolism, to experience survival methods in an Arizona desert, and visit a sound bath-can the experts infuse the many facets of southwestern culture into the Vu and give Heidi the hope she needs to thrive?
