Prickly is Leaving / Randall's Friends

A middle school principal has been fired and Prickly has been chosen to replace him. Prickly is overjoyed, but not as much as the students, who are all looking forward to a rest from him. Finster is not happy, for she and Prickly used to be in love with each other. His replacement Dr Slicer, however, turns out to be even harder to deal with and the children rack their brains to think of a way to stop Prickly from leaving! Randall Weems has been telling his father dreadful fibs about his school friends.
