The reboot of "Quantum Leap" lacks the original's charm and mystery. The anticipated plot twist doesn't deliver, leaving viewers disappointed. The cast is competent but let down by subpar writing. Overall, the original series is preferred.
Quantum Woke. All the flavor of great characters and the mystery of everything outside of the leaper's perception is gone. That one thing that you start to believe the entire reboot/mission is going to be about several episodes in? Yeah, that's not it. The thing you and I know would have redeemed the show isn't the thing that happens.The actors are fine, though. Decent cast, deserved to be in a show with better writers.
