Detective Andrea Penoyer chases down a street hustler after her team sees the man tossing a bag of crack to avoid arrest. But, the man's pleas of innocence fall on deaf ears when they discover more evidence in his pockets. Then, during a neighborhood sweep, Andrea must draw her taser on a suspected dope pusher to stop him from fleeing. And later, after Andrea nabs a alleged crack dealer during a buy-bust operation, she is shocked to learn that culprit brought his toddler son to the drug deal.
