Kate gets her first boyfriend. Pelswick becomes the world's most protective older brother even though it's her poor little 7-year-old boyfriend who needs protecting. (B-story: Sandra's outfit gets her expelled from school. Julie champions her friends case, but Sandra, encouraged by all the First Amendment talk, begins dressing so weird even Julie starts to have doubts)
