Obi-Wan Kenobi

This barely managed to get to something in my Star Wars feels by the end but overall I am confounded that Chow went from her promising work on The Mandalorian to this, an underwhelming showcase of everything people say is wrong with the current creative economy of nostalgia mining. The acting is at times astoundingly bad, the shooting style actively pisses me off, and I felt like any two kids playing with toy lightsabers would improvise the redundant dialogue. I really thought its limited run of six episodes would make it more well paced than so much overstuffed TV but I quickly started to feel a distinct void of a point in a story that badly needed to add to the nuance of its familiar characters in order to justify being made.
