The Mountain State Flasher

Jimmy Gascon is addicted to streaking in public, in front of girls. His addiction starts with an innocent dare during high school. It gives him a rush that he wants to feel again. He terrorizes more than half a dozen young women in the span of two years, giving him the nickname 'The Mountain State Flasher.' He thinks he's impressing the women, but his addiction ultimately leads to his arrest.
