I love Good Omens but this is kinda like if Good Omens wasn’t quite so up its own arse with whimsy. It starts to really find its stride and get funnier around the third episode. Aside from a couple small threads that could have been tied up it feels like a complete story but I would have loved to spend more time with these characters.
It started off great in episode 1 but the rest of it was mostly filler and never lived up to what it could have been. Disappointed for sure.
