So far this season it has been the London side who have looked the more likely champions but there is still a long way to go, and today's result could prove crucial.Other fixtures today included Manchester United hosting Crystal Palace at Old Trafford. Reading's Cup has seen them drawn away in every round. Steve Clarke's side have won at Championship rivals Huddersfield, Cardiff and Derby to reach the last eight. The day's other quarter-final sees Aston Villa host West Bromwich Albion in an eagerly awaited West Midlands derby. The claret and blue colours of Villa have adorned the famous old trophy seven times, the last of which came 58 years ago in 1957. West Brom were last winners of the Cup in 1968.
