In 2005, while Kiryu and Yumi continue their search for Aiko in Osaka, they encounter Chairman Goda of the Omi Alliance. Meanwhile, the Devil marks his return to Kamurocho after a two-year absence, causing a stir in the city. Amid the chaos, Haruka sets out on her own, relying on a letter from her mother, Aiko.
