Horrible King Horrid

Cruel and wicked King Horrid rules the Hapless Empire with an iron hand. This leads to a revolution. Dr. Elefun gets involved when he's brought to Hapless on a secret mission. His secret turns out to be that the King is really a robot - a robot which the he repairs by borrowing Astro Boy's power pack. This leads to a weakened Astro Boy and a marked Dr. Elefun - marked for extinction!
