Brother Jetto

An undersea city, created for tourism by Mr. Hall, is suddenly attacked by crab-shaped robots and vehicles in the shape of porpoises. A message left behind says that they belong to the Dolphin tribe and that they want a halt to construction of the undersea city as it is endangering their existence. Becoming angry, Hall captures Prince Pip of the Dolphin tribe.
