Angelina is looking forward to decorating the most beautiful boat for the carnival on Millar's Pond. But when she's teamed up with Sammy, will it be the Swan Princess or the Pirate King that takes to the water? / Angelina is upset when her parents tell her she's too young to go to the village costume ball.
