Kristin & Jeffrey

Kristin and Jeff met as undergrads at UC Riverside when he tutored her in physics. Jeff was immediately smitten, but only after helping her earn an A did Kristin agree to go out with him. They immediately became an exclusive couple but medical schools, residency programs, and family illness would keep them on opposite sides of the country for ten years. Despite the distance, both Kristin and Jeff fought with absolute love and devotion to keep their relationship alive. After finishing his psychology residency in New York, Jeff took a position in the Sacramento area where he patiently waits for Kristin to join him after she completes her pediatric residency in Los Angeles. Their wedding celebration reflects their diverse backgrounds, mixing traditional Vietnamese and Catholic rituals with a Hawaiian flair.
