Ratings & Reviews
The Reelgood Score is a comprehensive weighted index designed to evaluate movie & TV quality, deriving its value from a blend of Reelgood user engagement, external ratings metrics expressed through content popularity, and user feedback, including ratings such as "loved," "liked," and "disliked." The score is presented on a scale from 1 to 100, where 100 signifies content that is highly esteemed and positively rated within the community.
Adored the movie for its setting, acting, and especially Tilda Swinton's performance. The last 30-45 minutes were highly praised. However, it was criticized for being overly long and drawn-out, with some scenes feeling unnecessarily extended. Subtitles made it hard to watch casually. Mixed overall reception.
Adored this movie. I was intimidated by the 2+ hour run time but I'm so glad I pulled the trigger. Loved the setting, loved the acting, TIlda Swinton was AMAZING and I think I'm developing a crush on Mia Goth. The last 30 minutes are absolutely bonkers and I loved every minute of it.
Holy cow this movie is suuuuuuuper drawn-out; i.e., a lot of the scenes felt like they ran 2 or 3 times longer than they needed to. I honestly feel like I could've shaved a good hour off of it, and had it basically still be the same movie. It was agonizingly long if I'm being honest. The last 45-ish minutes are pretty good, everything before that was kinda 'meh' with the exception of a few key scenes. This movie could've been downright watchable, but the ball got dropped in the editing if you ask me.I'll probably just watch it the one time, there was a lot of foreign dialogue and it's probably not worth watching in the background of other activities due to reading the subtitles.Very low 'like' grade from me. So low that if it weren't for a few key scenes in the first 1:40, and a decent last 0:50, I would've felt like I had wasted my time with it.
Weird!
