"Nothing Bad Can Happen" is a bleak, dark, and extremely disturbing film based on real events. It explores themes of ingenuity, extreme abuse, and religion with heavy symbolism. The realistic performances and close-up shots make it feel like a documentary. The film is difficult to watch due to its constant heaviness, melancholy, and pessimism.
A completely bleak, dark and extremely disturbing movie. The story, which is based on real events, develops around ingenuity, extreme abuse and religion, even using references, symbolism and provoking many questions. There are no limits here, and it's hard to even gauge how far everything can go. The performances are so realistic that it feels like a documentary, reinforced by the close-up shots, at many moments even seeming to be inside the scene. In my experience, this was one of the most difficult films to watch. It's not at all easy to see the whole development, the feeling of heaviness, melancholy, pessimism, everything is extremely uncomfortable and constant.
No but bad things can actually worth the watch
