LET'S TALK: Mental Health in color is a documentary series that examines unaddressed childhood disruptions in the mental health of "children of color" focused on the long-term ramifications resulting from sociopolitical and economic disparities. LET'S TALK: Mental Health in Color aims to address the dire need for early interventions, a shift of narrative in which mental health is viewed with a reduction in normalized stigmas and judgment demanding direct confrontation with past and present systemic and social policies. Hosted by "America's Psychiatrist, Dr. Jeff Gardere, each episode takes a look at the effects of varied mental health challenges caused by direct and indirect childhood experiences.
