Boring and convoluted. The writing is terrible - nothing but exposition. Red Hulk sequence was cool, but comes in far too late and is fairly anticlimactic.
Until something is done with the scripts, this will remain stuck.After an attack against the new president Ross, Captain America must find the real culprits, otherwise his buddy Isaiah runs the risk of being sentenced to death.Although it has good moments, and the action is not bad, it is far from the Winter Soldier or even Civil War, but the fault lies with the script, it is really done without desire, or heart and much less without the respect that the Russo brothers had for the character. In any case, it is entertaining, but we are still waiting for something not better but at least at the same level as the first MCU films.
