Ratings & Reviews
The Reelgood Score is a comprehensive weighted index designed to evaluate movie & TV quality, deriving its value from a blend of Reelgood user engagement, external ratings metrics expressed through content popularity, and user feedback, including ratings such as "loved," "liked," and "disliked." The score is presented on a scale from 1 to 100, where 100 signifies content that is highly esteemed and positively rated within the community.
The movie is criticized for its failed attempt at seriousness, despite a talented cast. While Henry Silva's performance is appreciated, the story, music, and humor are deemed terrible. James Earl Jones and Sharon Stone are seen as underutilized, and Cassandra Peterson's limited role is noted.
Suitable for one of those days when you just can’t find anything else you want to see. Not terrible but I’m sure the stars of this would like to forget it.
Just awful despite the talented cast. If you’re here for the cheese, you’ll be delighted, but I came for Cassandra Peterson (who unfortunately had no dialogue) and was put off by the attempt to make it legit. If it had gone full Leslie Nielsen, I could get behind it, but you can tell that it almost takes itself seriously and so much: the story, the music, the humor, many of the characters were all terrible. James Earl Jones was better than this. Sharon Stone was better than this. Henry Silva does pretty well and I appreciated his over-the-top performance, and Cassandra was great, despite her limited screen time.
