The feature film is a portrait of the popular resistance and the struggle of the union and student movement against the devaluation of education and teachers, with scenes that bring up the debate about machismo, racism, unity, resilience and everyday life of male and female workers. Based on real stories, the film used more than 500 real extras and more than 80 local actors, from Sergipe, unknown to the general public.
